It's Halloween, and the creatures are out to play!

This challenge will be running from the 1st of October, to the 31st of October 2015.

The aim of the challenge is to read books with a halloween theme to them. These descriptions can be read as many times as you like.



Witches

Read books which feature witches.
Read books which feature characters with black clothing on the cover.
Read books that have the words "Spell" or "Magic" in the title.
Read books which feature a cat on the cover.



Vampires

Read books which feature Vampires.
Read books that have blood on the cover.
Read books that have the words "Blood" or "Night" in the title.
Read books that have a coffin on the cover.



Werewolves

Read books which feature Werewolves.
Read books that have a moon on the cover.
Read books with titles that start with 'W' ('The' or 'A' can be skipped.)



Angels & Demons

Read books which feature Angels.
Read books which feature Demons.
Read books which have horns on the cover.
Read books which have white wings on the cover.
Read books that are about a good Vs evil battle.




Zombies

Read books which feature Zombies.
Read books tagged as "Apocalyptic"
Read books that have red covers. (Must be atleast 50% red.)
Read books which have a brainy (smart) main character.



Aliens

Read books which feature Aliens.
Read books which have the word 'Sky' in the title
Read books tagged as "Sci-Fi"



Ogres

Read books which have the words "Big" or "Giant" in the title.
Read books that have Green covers. (Must be atleast 50% green.)
Read books that have an eye on the cover. (Must be main focus, like )



Ghosts

Read books which feature Ghosts.
Read books that have white covers. (Must be atleast 50% white.)
Read books which feature the word 'Dead' or 'Death' in the title.
Read books that have a translucent character on the cover.

How to earn points:

• Each book read and reviewed within the challenge dates will earn you 1 point

• Buddy reads taken place in our group will earn you 1 Point (We ask for 4 comments about the book for it to count.)


Rules;

• Books must be started and finished between the 1st of October - 31st of October 2015.

• Books must be over 100 pages to count.

• Buddy reads must be taken place in our group to count

MI series would count for quite a few of the creature ones. One has vampires, another has werewolves, a few of them have a warlock in, which is a male witch. There's also a few demons.

Infernal series would count for a few like that too, as well as Zombie - Brainy character (Tessa) and Aliens - Sci-fi.

Sounds fun! Count me in :) Quick question, I own a book with a character that is translucent on the cover but re read it every year; can I just do that?
