message 806: by [deleted user] (new)

Nele Nehaus** sorry spelling mistake there! Christine, she is a German best-selling thriller writer, I've only read one of hers before 'Snow White must die' , which I thought was good so snapped this one up as not a lot of her books are translated! :)

I like that nickname Chris. It suits me.

message 813: by Dawn (new)

Dawn G | 692 comments The Crucifix Killer was good. I really like the cop in Carter's series, Robert Hunter. Crush material!! And yes, Jack Kerley's The Hundredth Man was very good too.

message 814: by Dawn (new)

Dawn G | 692 comments I just bought Shane Steven's By Reason of Insanity and Anvil chorus. According to the reviews, By Reason of Insanity sounds like something "This Queen of Deranged" can really get into.

message 815: by Ty (new)

Ty Patterson | 401 comments Jack Kerley, aka J.A. Kerley ( why don't authors stick to one name ) books are mostly all good.

Deon Meyer's books are also worth checking out. Set in South Africa.

Sue (coccotoro) | 2087 comments Skye wrote: "Sue, you should just make a list in alphabetical order ( by authors' names) and I will happily copy and paste."

Skye, just go to orderofbooks.com and type in the author and when it comes up , you select it and have a full list of the books that the author has written, based on publication date, which ones are standalone etc. I do this and print off the list for those authors that I read a lot of their books.

FYI

Sue

I am doing the same and ticking which ones I have and which ones I have read !

This is what I do Sean. I keep track of the books I have, and ones I need to get over time. I also use it every time someone in the group mentions a new author that I have not heard of, so I can research it. For the authors I read from frequently, I have a printed list to check back on. I really find this is useful.
