The first book heroine who I saw myself in. She was exactly like me in every way from her reading obsession to her social problems. One of my favourite literary characters of all time.

She’s the real hero

Hermione is awesome, she's smart and brave, she thinks quickly and she's amazing in general. I loved her dynamic in the golden trio, and I just think she's a well written character. She's also determined to achieve her goals and she's a caring friend.

I agree - she is definitely one of my favorite characters ever written! Without her, the Harry Potter series is not what it is

I think I love Hermione more now than when the books initially came out. I didn't quite appreciate how integral she was when I was a kid reading the books as they came out.

I'm so happy I'm reading Harry Potter again, cuz I really didn't remember how awesome Hermione was. She makes me feel understood :)

I love Hermione, she's my favorite character. She's smart, pretty, kind, selfless. I love her relationship with Harry, Ron, and the Weasley's. She's awesome!

luna! her whimsy personality really resonated with me for some reason. also she’s one of the only ravenclaws without a background role, so i was happy to have that representation. i do think i like her more because of the movie though

She's a good character, but she was annoying at times. She, Luna, Sirius, and McGonagall were my favorites.

Hooray. Hooray for Her-my-o-nay! I was more like book Hermione. I think they portrayed her in the movies as on the autism spectrum. I saw some of the movies BEFORE I started the books BTW. Also, Harry was cool, too. And Ron. I should do a rewatch and reread, now that I think of it...

I love Hermione! She's so sweet. She always stand up for others, and strives to do the right thing, even in hard situations.

She's a human library with bushy hair, and the only person who can make "It's Levio-sa, not Levio-sah!" sound charming. She's brave, loyal, and never backs down from a challenge, no matter how magical or mundane. Basically, she's the friend who'd help you with homework and save you from a Basilisk, all before breakfast.

Hermione was such an inspiration to me when I was in elementary school. She really encouraged me to get good grades and find good grades and helped me be more confident in my bookish ways. Love her to this day.
