I don't know if there is a particular site that is going to appeal to you. Realistically, you have to read some of their reviews to see if a reviewer or review site is doing what you consider a good job. Some do, some don't.
It's tedious, but Amazon provides a list of their top 1000 reviewers at: http://www.amazon.com/review/top-revi.... It's tedious because Amazon does not separate out the book reviewers from the people reviewing squirt guns and tongue depressors. You have to slog through the list.
Next, you have to consider that the best reviewers are also backlogged. If you have to wait a year for the review, is that worth it to you?
You might have better luck simply looking for readers and suggesting, pleasantly, but memorably, that they post a review for you when they finish. Make an impression and you will certainly pick up a few.
Sorry, Ahmed, there are no one-size-fits-all answers here. BUT, it's certainly not a bad idea to ask for Goodreads' suggestions. I'm sure other authors in your genre will be happy to share their experiences.
I wish you the best of luck with your book.

She doesn't charge for book reviews. Catherine Bibby (Rochelle) rocks! You can find her here on Goodreads or on her website, http://www.rochellesreviews.com/. She's a wonderful person, very conscientious and kind, and she loves supporting authors. But I think she only reviews romance novels. Catherine writes thoughtful, detailed reviews, and she posts them on her website, Amazon, and Goodreads.
I also like Alexandra Engellmann, who is here on Goodreads as well. She writes reviews for a nominal fee of $10, and she posts her reviews in a lot of places, including Goodreads and Amazon.

I did find this site very useful though; it shows you at a glance which sites review your genre.
It does involve a lot of form filling/email writing, and not all will oblige.
