I'm trying to finish off my last couple of SRC books and I'm reading the most inane YA fantasy romance of my life and the stupidest chick-lit garbage ever and I'm sad. I wish they at least worked for a goal here but unfortunately not.

Sometimes reading feels like work. :D

My next book will be the lowest rated book on my TBR, I'm not expecting much. :) But I promise the book after that is going to be one I'm looking forward to.

The book I am half way done with The Death of Dulgath will take care of the goal with the character living in a castle. I'll take that one if no one else wants it.

Hi all, sorry for the absence. There hasn't been a huge amount of reading happening here, I picked up but haven't been especially hooked! Hoping to get a big chunk done today though, since they don't count for SRC and I'm determined to get more points next time, which means hopefully finishing it before the next round starts ;) Once I finish that I'll be choosing from , or .

I'll also be re-reading Red Rising as part of the Red Rising Readalong on the 1st of December. (Don't quite know how I forgot that as I can't wait to re-read it!)

Awesome! I do have a lion in the book I am reading now. But it is a long one and I am reading it in short bursts. Maybe someone will beat me. I can read this book today for people dancing on the cover.
