It has been filled in by Karen's book Covet.

I should finish Darkfever later today--lots of mythical creatures in that if we still need that goal by then.

I like the books but the movies have been very good.

I hated the hunger game books and series. It was soo poorly written. I forced myself through the entire series as my flatmate at the time had the series and I wanted to read them before we moved out. It was one of my all time why did I bother series.
I'm also avoiding the movies. Cannot handle those even if jennifer is amazing.

I enjoyed the mortal instruments but i think that was probably because I had just gotten into that genre so I think I didn't know any better. I just tried so hard with the hunger games, i wanted to like them, I just couldn't get into it. And i think because I had seen the first film I didnt get the opportunity to imagine the characters myself, I already had the actors faces in my head and I hated that. Prefer to imagine them myself.
I liked the first book of infernal, I haven't read the rest yet. I am really enjoying the eragon books. Loads of people hate them but yeah. People have different likes and dislikes dont they? How did you guys like divergent??
I read The Mortal Instruments up to half of COLS which was a DNF for me. I read the first book of Infernal which I liked. I thought The Hunger Games was very good. The other two were horrible (in my opinion). Last night my inactiveness was due to my fencing meet and watching the last movie.

I am reading a short spy book as it has been on my TBR for ages and it gets that out of the way, then I need to finish Bound and the next Outlander book.

Back to Six of Crows--which is great so far.

How did you like Darkfever ?
I also just finished Bound can't say I was impressed.
Glad you are enjoying Six of Crows

Thanks I don't see Karen's book on her shelf I can't update the goals until it appears on her books read.

I liked Darkfever enough to continue. I did it on audio, which I think helped some because the reader did a nice job making Mac sound southern and Barrons sound Irish, so it was more entertaining than just reading it in my head would have been if that makes sense. But if I hear one more thing about Mac's "cute little sandals and matching skirt", I may be done. At least she finally put some jeans and a tshirt on near the end!

I was not a fan of Bound either, I hated both characters, I had zero wish to read on just did the allotted chapters a day and got through it that way, finish my penance then I could read something good.

I was just checking that. I think it was because the "date read" wasn't there. I fixed it so maybe it show up now.

Karen can you please add the date read to Longitude: The True Story of a Lone Genius Who Solved the Greatest Scientific Problem of His Time It won't be registered by the spreadsheet without a date read.

Sorry Meg the book needs to be finished to claim BOM points.

Hope everyone had a nice weekend!

You could probably use Darkfever for the "surprising and unexpected talent" as Mac has no idea she is able to see the Fae and freeze them when she arrives in Dublin.
