Wanted to stop by and get caught up on everything before I started.

Our current Open Goals

°Read a book where the edition you are reading was published on the 16th of a month
°Read a book set in the time period "Middle Ages"

Those phrase ones are annoying. According to my kindle I have a couple with "sight for sore eyes" I have been wanting to read so I will get to one soon. We have questions pending about weak at the knees and Chow Down.

I will be out for a good chunk of tomorrow and on Sunday our electricity will be off all day for scheduled maintenance so I won't have an internet connection, or heat, or a cooker uggh

All the Six of Crows covers have the same art, they just have different colors for the Title and several of us will finish that soon (or already have). Can that count, or does it have to be all the same?

We can always use a boon. Our first one expired.

Sorry I was changing it and hadn't seen the post. I am sure the six of crows will be useful for a lot of goals. I think there are worse goals than we have at the minute that a boon might be the only option. I wonder if the other teams are getting as many repeats, I think we have had 5.

Abbie I just found the book I am going to read for the Bachelor Elimination on the Contemporary Romance List :) I do like it when books can be very useful.

So sorry I have been a bit quiet recently, real life has suddenly gone manic making it difficult to find time to do anything, especially reading! I'm hoping to get some time to read in the next week. These phrase goals are annoying as I haven't been reading books on kindle and I can't search for phrases in print books! XD. Oh well, I'm sure we will get the goals met and hopefully what I'm reading atm will be useful for goals in the future. Hope everyone is having a good weekend!

FINALLY finished Six of Crows! It seemed like it took forever with how spaced out my reading time this week was. I updated my post in the Books Read thread.

I'll check for neighbors, cubed numbers and something to learn in my pile. I am also trying to finish The Bone Season at some point.

I found a book that has 125 p, but it will be a re-read. I finished it last Feb, is that long enough ago? I can't remember if it's 6 mos or a year.

Re-Reads are 6 months.

I will be starting Bone Season hopfully sometime in December.

Karen That is great unfortunately we already used the longitude book for a goal, the title with 8 or more of the same consonant

Stcey you cab hold off on the reread if you want although I am sure will use it for something.

I am going to use one of my books for appeals to your mind, learn something new it is a novel Venetian Masks but is full of info on Venice and is very descriptive, part novel part travelogue :) I definitely feel I learnt a few things about Venice.
