Awesome, I should have the chick lit one down. I'm reading Size 12 Is Not Fat but its just so tedious. I'm struggling lol

Thanks for letting us know Stacey. I've done the page override, and its showing up as 125 pages and a nice 5 points :)

Read a book with the word soldier, army, war or battle (plurals are acceptable) in the title Meg
Read a book shelved (listed on the first page of the "top shelves" of the book) as hardcover - plurals and minor spelling variations are acceptable
Read a book where a character is given a last chance
Read a book where the title starts with the letter V
Read a book where golf is played, or there are golf clubs on the cover
25 Days of Christmas Goals
Day One
Day Two
Day Three Read a book with a holiday in the title
Day Four Read a book with the word Santa in the text for 10 points

The new 25 Days goal is a book with SANTA in the text.

Awesome thanks. :-) Thanks for letting us know the next day, I hadn't had time to check yet :)

I also went through everyone else's spreadsheets to find if they had had this goal before and none had - lucky us!
Right I'm off to bed wooo :-) talk to you guys later on. 12 hours left now before the boon expires btw!

We have a new goal read a book with a body part in the title . I am waiting to hear back from the mods if we can use

Can anyone think of anything for the character given a last chance ?
I am going to check the books I need to read for anothe challenge see if any of the it the hardcover goal.

My son has a belt grading I won't be back until later.
I will finish my Santa book while I am out.

What do you mean Meg? They should show on the spreadsheet and its above on the thread with strikes through which our christmas goals done. :-)

Ahh. I did put names next to the goals but I suppose that isnt clear. I didnt realise the strikes didnt show up on the app. I'll try to figure out a way to show it better.

Currently the only book anyone has directly claimed is the soldier/war one you are working on.
The latest one is hard to determine I was thinking of Megan's And Then There Were None as that has been very popular.

Ah good. I must admit I haven't seen it around that much.
I cannot read the American Gods book its so hard to read. :( I'm trying so hard but its just so slow and meh. :(

BOM question: We can read the book ahead of time, we just don't get the BOM points when we answer the questions later in the month, correct? I got Uprooted early from the Library and just wanted to make sure I can go ahead and start it.

So annoying, it was in a book I read the other day. It is in a couple of kindle freebies

It is also in

I can read something unless someone else has a book that works.
I will be done with a book featuring a hellhound soon and I have a short green cover I can read.
I arranged my TBR by page number and I have a couple that will add to twenty but they are both in series and I have one more book to read to get to that one.

I took a day off from work today. I'm about to go out and do some Christmas shopping, love the atmosphere, after that I'm going to snuggle up with my book next to the radiator :)
Doing great team !

Grace, I should have The Maze Runner done today or tomorrow for the green cover if you want to work on something else. Can we use the same book for a regular goal and a Christmas goal?

Unfortunately not but there are a few common names on it like William, Edward, jack and Daniel so it shouldn't be too hard to come across one that works soon.

Probably better to use it for the Dystopian goal then we will get a new goal. I have a green one just over a 100 pages I can read quickly if no one else hits a green cover soon.
