Agreed! I've read Quarter Share at least half a dozen times.

Still thinking of a Reader and YA pick.

*checks overblown book amazon wishlist....I added that one about 1 month ago.
I am a bad sci fi nerd. Forever buried in books.
Now to find a YA nomination.

It's that time of the month where we decide what books we want to read as a group in November. Up this month we have the following categories:
READER PICK: Dead trees is where it's at for our reader pick. Must be widely available in both ebook and paperback at bookstores and public libraries. Can't be KU locked. This is a global community :-)
INDIE PICK: This is for the little guys who have to do everything pretty much themselves. Must be self-published or supported-self published by a micropress.
YOUNG ADULT FRIENDLY PICK: This category is for a book all ages can enjoy. Has to have been published after Y2K 2000 BC, must star a YA protagonist age 13-17, must have a space component of either reaching for the stars or an alien invasion (i.e., no Earth-bound dystopias).
Drop your nominations into the thread below, one vote per category per person, and periodically I'll stop by to post the pretty book cover bling. On November 1st we'll use Random.org to pick a winner in each category.
Be epic!
