Ashley I can't find the first book, but I found the rest. Am I able to skip reading the first book, and still be able to understand whats happening?

Erika I didn't read the first book and had no problems understanding Rock Hard

Maplemuffin25 You don't have to read the first book to understand the story. They can be read as standalones.
The "heroine" is already mentioned in the first but you get all the informations you need in the second book.

Enjoy!

Ashley Thank you so much!

Ilana while i agree that you don't HAVE to read the first book to follow this one, i think that given the nature of this series, it's helpful to get the stories in order so you know the women and how they tie into the next installment. you meet characters that are along for the ride, and if you don't know how each bandmate gets their girl, you don't necessarily understand what the impact is to the band.

but....like i said, you don't NEED to read it to follow the story since they are each based on a different person.

Kimberley the only 2 that really matter, order wise,
Hot Ticket THEN read Double Time......

are those the ones that were released in the wrong order too? i feel like there was 1 that i started reading and got really confused because it was talking about something that happened that i hadn't read - and then noticed that they were released out of order for some reason.

Katrina Jay I agree with the others. Though you don't HAVE to read the first one it is still a great read. I prefer the first one over the second one honestly. They are still both great reads and can pretty much be stand alones, but if you get the chance to read the 1st you should.

Kelle Only the last two books were released out of order.

I don't understand why you would not read the first book. That is where you meet everyone and get all the background info. Yes, all the books focus on a different person but they continue the story and flow into each the next one.

Jamie Barnett I have read the whole series except the last book of Epilogues, problem is, I found the last book after I finished the other 5. Suggestions are to read book one, then the Bryan/ Myrna portion of the last book, then read book two and the corresponding epilogue...etc. Seems like too much backtracking as I know how the books end.
Regardless, a great series and if you like audiobooks, the author does a pretty decent job of that too.

Mj Tumabiene The Fist book is Backstage pass.
You don't have to read the first book actually because though it's a series, the rock stars have their own story, a stand alone story.
But if you don't want to miss something or you want to understand the rest of the series you should read the first book.

I thought the audiobooks are really good also. I'm currently reading the third book and loved Books 1&2.
