@Tatiana & @Rachmi I'm happy to find a few more people who didn't like the book. Almost every person I've talked to about the book/series was totally in love with it. For me, it was a struggle to even make it through the first book.

I have a suggestion for this challenge... Feel free to not use it or use it if it makes sense.. just an idea.

Maybe you could offer 5 extra points for doing 1 book from each element. And 5 extra points for doing 4 books from the same element or something like that?

Normally I would add in extra points, but this month I wanted the challenge to be simple. I spent around 4 hours on two separate occasions tallying up points for the February challenge, which I don't mind doing when I have the time, but I've got a busy month ahead of me and the simplest points systems are the easiest to count, so that's what I'm going with :)

If you set a book down, and then go back to it does that count? Like I read like 15 pages and then started to read something else. If I start over and read it does that count as reading it in April?

Yeah it is. If it doesn't work that's okay. I have lots of other things I'd like to read.

Ok how about this, you can use it if you start from the beginning of the book again AND if you add underneath your post that I said you could use it even though it says you started it early. When you post your book in the review thread, post it like this so that I remember that I gave you the ok for it:


Element: Air
Credit: White Cover
Review: (Link)
Buddy: Yes (Link) or No
Pre-approved by Jalyn

Just make sure you add that last line so that I still give you credit for it :)

What time zone is used for this challenge? Wondering cause I'm still working on the March spring clean-up (which will end in a few hours?).

I'm wondering too. I started reading Elite last night for March Spring challenge but it's already April 1 here. :/

I couldn't stay up until 3 am, so I started it on my time. You can have until midnight PST to finish (at the end of the month).

We usually use PST. I started this one on my time, which is EST, because I wasn't able to stay up until 3 am to open the thread. This one will still end at 11:59 pm on April 30th, PST.

Is this red enough for a "red cover": ??
