The Girl Who Circumnavigated Fairyland in a Ship of Her Own Making
- In which continent(s) the book is set?
North America more or less, haha

Yeep, I want to read more books set in Asia

In which continent(s) the book is set?
Europe
Is there another continent you're interested in?
Asia

In which continent(s) the book is set? The first setting of the book is North America, which doesn't count, but the main character travels to other continents in other dimensions. I know she goes to Europe, but I'm not sure where else.
Is there another continent you're interested in? Nothing in particular, but I'd like to read more historical fiction set on any other continent.

The Goldfinch. I started reading this back in 2015 for the "Colorful Title" week and I am FINALLY almost finished!
- In which continent(s) the book is set?
North America (which isn't a different continent for me) and Europe (which IS a different continent for me)
- Is there another continent you're interested in?
I always loved Japanese fiction. One of my faves that I go back to every so often.

This week I'm reading Hotel Iris, by Yōko Ogawa and I actually just finished it and really liked it.
- In which continent(s) the book is set?
It is set in Asia, in Japan to be precise. Since I'm from Europe I almost always read books from other continents or countries at least.
- Is there another continent you're interested in?
I have to admit that I haven't read much from South America, so there is definitely a lot to explore. Africa has also left only a few books on my shelves and I even have a few books from there in my challenge, so I'm excited.

- What are you reading this week?
Remembering Babylon by David Malouf
- In which continent(s) the book is set? Australia
- Is there another continent you're interested in? need to read more books by Asian writers

I've read The Throne of Fire by Rick Riordan.
- In which continent(s) the book is set?
Mostly in America and Africa, but they do come to Europe (well, error, I live in Europe, but that's it)
- Is there another continent you're interested in?
I'm interested in every conntinent, even my own: Europe, but my biggest interest is not in a continent, but in a civilization, meaning Anciant Egypt...

This week I will be reading Life and Other Near-Death Experiences
- In which continent(s) the book is set?
South America
- Is there another continent you're interested in?
Europe definitely! I almost read a book that takes place in Paris before I changed my mind at the last minute!

It's set in Australia. I had originally intended to read something set in Asia, probably a book by Amy Tan or Lisa See. Or possibly in Europe, since there was quite a variety of books. I honestly didn't even really consider Australia. It just never crossed my mind for some reason, so I was really glad to find that this book takes place in Australia and fits the prompt perfectly.

Q: What continent is it set in? Asia: specifically, Kabul, Afghanistan.

- In which continent(s) the book is set?
Africa - specifically Nigeria during the Biafran War
- Is there another continent you're interested in?
I was going to answer this as "I am equally interested in all continents" but I can see that my reading list from the last few years does not reflect this. Most of the books I have read are UK- or US-based, with the rest of Europe, Asia and Africa thrown in occasionally. South America and Australasia barely get a look-in. I might have to update my TBR to redress the balance in favour of the Southern Hemisphere!
