Classic Trash discussion

This topic is for those who wish to discuss the book in progress. No spoilers please!

I'm about 1/4 through and having a moderate amount of fun. I can go either way with Pratchett due to the fact that we have very different senses of humor, and humor is integral to the Discworld books.

This reminds me a lot of the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. There is a lot of goofiness but a lot of real gems too:

"It's weird."

"But you're a demon. Demons can't call things weird. I mean, what's weird to a demon?"

"Oh, you know," said the demon cautiously, glancing around nervously and shifting from claw to claw. "Things. Stuff."

Twoflower looked at him sternly. "What things?"

Overall: love it.

This is my second time trying to read it. (I've never gotten through a Discworld book before.) I'm enjoying it more this time, so who knows, I might just have been super grumpy before.

I am currently travelling, but will start the book when I get back (in a week). I've never read anything by this author, but am willing to give it a try.
