Grandma was a Hooker by Ken Casper
Date read: 1/26
Pages: 189
Goal: Read a book with a hospital setting ??? (waiting to find out if this works or not for hospital setting) Evvie works in hospital taking care of wounded soldiers coming home from overseas during WW II for the last 40% of the book, and during the first half of the book Evvie and her mom go and visit her dad at the TB hospital several times, and Evvie, her mom, and Evvie's brother Henry go and visit him one time before her dad ultimately dies...I'd say this takes up another 10-15% of the book. So altogether 50%-55% happens in a hospital or at a hospital.
