Who so you think would win in a fight, being allowed to use their powers. This is not a fight to death, they both have their weapons.

Mars would win because he's a god.

Ares/Mars was captured by the twin giants and was stuck in a bronze urn, until Hermes/Mercury rescued him, while Artemis/Diana made them kill each other.

Compared to the Titans, Gaea's giants are pretty weak if not for their immunity to death (unless a god and a demigod work together to kill them).
Mars would have to summon one of his kids to put the giants down permanently but given that he is a god, he should be able to do that.
