5. November is "National Adoption Awareness Month". Read a book with a main character who is adopted OR a book with a main character who adopted someone (this can be a child or a pet)

6. November's first week is "Chemistry Week". Read a book with a main character is a chemist OR a book where a potion or elixer of some kind is important to the story OR a book with a main character who is a witch OR a book with a geeky science nerd character

7. November 2nd is "Look for Circles Day". Read a book with any kind of circle on the cover OR read a book with a plot that just keeps going in circles.

8. November 5th is "Marooned without a Compass Day". Read a book with a pirate as a love interest or a main character OR read a book that takes place mostly on a ship OR a book set in the Caribbean.

9. November 10th is " Young Readers Day". In honor of this day read a middle grade book (examples: Harry Potter or Percy Jackson, etc.)

10. November 28th is "Red Planet Day". Read a book set on Mars OR read a science fiction book that has to do with space.
