So . . . maybe Lycus could get demoted to head of propaganda, which would free a resistance council spot?

If you want to go for it, though we'd need to make a reason why he would get demoted cause I'd doubt they'd do it out of the blue...

Yea Arietta wouldnt just demote someone without good reason, not if he was already a member and knew who the othet leaders were

His mental state will be plummeting a lot. Let's say that. He would likely not be able to really perform his duties either as a result. (I was thinking after he gets demoted might be when Lionel stops him from committing suicide.)

He would have had a pretty unstable mental state when he joined though. But not performing duties is a kicker. He could also have an episode and attack one of the other resistance leaders?

He's gotten worse. A lot worse. He was more functional then. But they put him on because he was smart and a damn good orator even if unstable, but now . . . He probably couldn't do most of it/won't be able to soon.
