KidReper | 4 comments I am searching for a PNR Series in which both the male and female leads are kick ass. I prefer books with vampires and witches but I am not adverse to others. The main thing i am looking for though is a strong heroine that fights with the hero.

Nicole | 85 comments Have you tried the Night Huntress series by Jeaniene Frost?

message 3: by KidReper (new)

KidReper | 4 comments Yes. I have already read that 2 times.

Kimberly / Love Notes Book Blog (picklechic) | 25 comments I'm reading the Demonica series by Larissa Ione and it has strong heroines as well as heroes.

Also Karen Marie Monig's Fever Series and Setta Jay's Guardians of the Realm series.

KidReper | 4 comments I've been through the Demonica/Lords of Deliverance series a few times already. I'll check out the Guardians of the Realm series. Thanks!

The broken destiny series is something i'll look into! The Sentinels of New Orleans doesn't appeal to me, and unfortunately I've read the other three.

CassieCruel (faith_isola) | 40 comments As always, going to recommend Dark Lover (Black Dagger Brotherhood, #1) by J.R. Ward

Or

Red-Headed Stepchild (Sabina Kane, #1) by Jaye Wells

message 9: by Sana (new)

Sana Zameer (sanazameer) How about the COVENANT SERIES by JENNIFER L ARMENTROUT. It has a kick ass heroine and an equally bad ass hero No vampires and witches though. Its on Greek Mythology but great series

Mlpmom (Book Reviewer) (mlpmombookreviewer) | 839 comments Cecy Robson's Weird Girls series is pretty amazing and I second the Sentinels of New Orleans, it is a fabulous series!!

Sealed with a Curse (Weird Girls, #1) by Cecy Robson

Hiya, the Kindred series by Nicola Claire is brilliant. The 2 main characters are a vampire hunter and a vampire. They are strong and likable.
I have reread them, they are that good.

Kate | 43 comments First Grave on the Right I've read so much PNR it's getting difficult to find new good ones. I know Charley Davidson isn't new but it took me 3 tries to get into it. After book 2 I was hooked. Strong female and male leads

message 13: by Shelby (new)

Shelby | 73 comments I second The Covenant series. Vampire Academy is also really good and is similar to The Covenant, but with vampires.

Something Witchy This Way Comes (Something Witchy, #1) by Veronica Blade Captured (The Captive, #1) by Erica Stevens Tall, Dark & Lonely (Pyte/Sentinel, #1) by R.L. Mathewson

Amber (bookvampirewub) | 23 comments Halfling by H.D. Gordon I just read it. it was amazing, and kept me up all night. How the wolf lost her heart by Sara Brownlee, and you won't want to miss Destiny of the Witch by Raven Moon.

message 15: by Kellie (new)

Kellie (track_star24) | 22 comments Have you tried The Chicago Land Vampire series by Chloe Neill or The Immortal Guardians series by Dianne Duvall? How about the Guild Hunter series by Nalini Singh? It's mainly about angels with some vampires and shifters thrown in but I firmly believe that everyone looking to read about a kick ass heroine needs to be introduced to Elena. Happy reading.

message 16: by KiBo (new)

KiBo | 30 comments The Darkness series by K.F. Breene.

Sandra J Weaver (sandraweaver) | 451 comments Or K.F. Breene's Chosen series-a trilogy, I think.

Sandra J Weaver (sandraweaver) | 451 comments If you like shifters and OTT humor, you might like Shelly Laurenston's Magnus Pack or Pride series. She also writes a dragon shifter series under the ame G.A. Aiken.

★Me Myshelf and I★ | 59 comments This one is different from most vampire romances out there 'fatal harmony' by Anne Malcom, was pretty funny and liked the vampire being the female this time instead of a man as per usual!
Also another KF Breene one "born in fire" vampire/witch based was excellent reading and both MC's kicked ass

(Sorry still can't seem to be able to post links on this app!!)
