2016 Authors of Color Challenge! discussion

This is a great idea, Will. I did something similar two years ago when I realized that my reading list was skewing heavily male, so I challenged myself to read half women authors, and I really noticed a difference in my perspective. I'll track this by putting a shelf on "My Books" for 2016-authors of color, along with a regular authors of color shelf (so I'll be double tracking, for tracking beyond this year - I didn't do this sort of separation for women authors, and I now regret it).
