What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I read this non-fiction book in the 1970's, and it was probably published in the 1960's. It had a bright orange cover with some blue, and was illustrated with black and white drawings. It talked a lot about the President's Physical Fitness Test, and it was written for elementary school readers (and maybe their gym teachers.) Each chapter described different exercises kids could do to improve their strength, endurance, etc. One chapter was "just for girls!" I've had trouble finding this with Google because there are so many books on this general subject.

Physical Fitness for Young Champions maybe? Not much info about it online.
