Kent | 24 comments The above work (with it's four following serial parts) has been listed as eligible for an Aurora Award in Canada. It only exists as the five serial parts, not as a single work. In trying to build a shelf of eligible works, I'm wondering if there is a way to add this, as I'd prefer not to list it five times for each part. Is there an existing concept for grouping entities as a single work when no actual item exists that groups them?

lethe | 16359 comments No, I'm afraid not.

But seeing that book 1 is novella-sized (and guessing the others are too), I think the author or publisher will decide to publish them as a set at some point, and then you will be able to add the set. Until then, you either have to shelve all five, or just book 1.

Kent | 24 comments Thanks. Pretty much what I was expecting.

Marie Bilodeau | 2 comments Hi! The omnibus edition is due out next fall. Sorry about the difficulty for the Aurora Awards list! Would adding a paragraph in the description of the first book, with a link to book 2, help at all? It could be a special note for the Aurora Awards. Happy to help in any way I can!

Kent | 24 comments Thanks, Marie. I think you can include any reasonable description text you like, and it might be useful to others.
