Callisto (Callisto2402) | 3 comments Hello, everyone!
I am new and I am sorry if I did something wrong.
Can you recommend me a book where a main character is a villain, but he has some good qualities. When he meets his soulmate, she helps him to change. Something like that. Thank you for any help!

Katharine Sadler | 51 comments Are you looking for protagonist or major character? I think the main male character in Omens (is his name Gabriel?) tends more toward the villainous side, or Kelley Armstrong's Nadia Stafford trilogy, maybe?

Rhona (ravishingrhona) | 1 comments Heart of Obsidian by Nalini Singh features an anti-hero. Pretty good book.

Jen (jenslostinthepages) ♥Star-Crossed Book Blog♥ (jenstarcrossedbookblog) | 2 comments Angelfall (Penryn & the End of Days, #1) by Susan Ee Angelfall by Susan Ee is close to what you are looking for.
When the angels descend upon the world the apocalypse has begun. Gangs rule the streets during the day and the angels rule and destroy everything during the night. Penryn (a human) and Raffe (an angel) form an unlikely alliance to travel to where the angels are centered in San Francisco. Great book!

Jen (jenslostinthepages) ♥Star-Crossed Book Blog♥ (jenstarcrossedbookblog) | 2 comments White Hot Kiss (The Dark Elements, #1) by Jennifer L. Armentrout White Hot Kiss by Jennifer Armentrout fits a little better for what you are looking for. Layla is half demon, half gargoyle and she was raised among the Wardens—a race of gargoyles tasked with hunting demons and keeping humanity safe. Then she meets Roth - a demon. Loved this book.

Alana ~ The Book Pimp (loonyalana) | 97 comments Here are some ideas I have:

Daughter of Smoke and Bone (Daughter of Smoke and Bone, #1) by Laini Taylor Days of Blood and Starlight (Daughter of Smoke and Bone, #2) by Laini Taylor Dreams of Gods and Monsters (Daughter of Smoke and Bone, #3) by Laini Taylor

This series really 'blurs lines' between good vs. bad monsters vs. angels, and I adore the narrator of the audio version. It's not a blak & white straight up villian situation, but there are main characters that it's REALLY hard to say if they are 'good' or 'bad'

Alana ~ The Book Pimp (loonyalana) | 97 comments Also, VERY STEAMY... but:

Succubus Blues (Georgina Kincaid, #1) by Richelle Mead ... and the entire series. The main character is a succubus... by definition she sucks life force via sex and damns souls... but I really 'feel' for her and her struggles. One of my favorite series

Alana ~ The Book Pimp (loonyalana) | 97 comments Another 'blurring of lines' New Adult dystopian that I suggest:

Switch (New World, #1) by Janelle Stalder Masked (New World, #2) by Janelle Stalder

Alana ~ The Book Pimp (loonyalana) | 97 comments And, yet another suggestion - with this one, you're trying to figure out who is the 'bad guy', maybe even 'what'... I adored the book, personally...

Parasite (Parasitology, #1) by Mira Grant

And many of Karina Halle's books are very, different? Like... Sins & Needles (The Artists Trilogy, #1) by Karina Halle or The Devil's Metal (Devils, #1) by Karina Halle ... another situation of trying to figure out 'who' is really the 'bad guy'... I adore her books but they are dark and messy places
