It hasn't been used in the while but we used to all hang out here for a bit of relaxation as the mood struck:

Back in March on the introduce yourself, we had Linzie join and ask for friends and could she review books. She was asked to go to this thread. Since the last post on this thread is March, I was going to send her message, please review my books, I will send you free digital copies. However, that would be against group guidelines. Am I missing a new thread for her request?

Hey, there! I'm Marie and romance is a big deal to me, I read lots of it. I'm also very into mystery - my to read shelf is full of them, I have to work on putting them on the read one. Not very into historical, though.

Anyways, I've been on Goodreads for a while now, but didn't meet a lot of people. I added some users, but mostly because of their books. I think it would be nice to have a goodreads buddy to talk about the most recent books I've got my eye on, or maybe to learn more about their favourite ones, no matter what genre.
