Jeanie (jeanielong) | 1 comments Hi Crandon Public Library group. Allow me to introduce myself.

I'm Jeanie Long and have just moved to Tomahawk, WI from northern New York State (not the big city). I am reaching out to make friends with whom I share common interests and would love to become active in a book club.
Also, I am a fiction writer. I have just finished a book, which is about ready for publication, but I am holding out as I would love some feedback from my target audience. (women between the ages of 18 and 60, although men have enjoyed my story as well). Would anyone in the group be willing to participate as Beta Readers and participate in discussions? Please let me know if there is any interest. I can promise your name on the thank you page of the books and a signed paperback copy after publication is complete. The beta copies would be either MS Word, pdf, mobi or epub (whichever suits you). I will provide a questionnaire for you if you are not familiar with the Beta Reading process.
My novel's genre and details:

Women's contemporary fiction/Romance/with psychological tendencies. Book length approx. 430 pages (160K words). It embraces both pop culture style with literary sensibilities. There is language (F and C word, and a few Lord's-name-in-vain). Sexual tension is strong, but only one and a half scenes are close to explicit. In other words, I have employed taste and decorum ;) Of course, if you want it smuttier, I can make it that!

Please contact me at [email protected] if you are interested in a synopsis for your final decision.
I look forward to hearing from you! Meanwhile, have a wonderful holiday!

Enthusiastically,
Jeanie
