We are most definitely going to need some beer, too.

I was just going to say that. To get us newbies in, you need beer.

*tickles Sally with a feather duster*

*cracks open an icy cold beer, hoping it is past beer o'clock in Canada*

Mike Robbins (mikerobbins) | 19 comments hic! splendid - sorry, I did not realise I was pointing it towards you - new jacket - oh, I'm most dreadfully sorry

message 57: by [deleted user] (new)

No worries Newbie, it will wash.

*desperately racks the old brain cells, searching for a cunning plan*

message 58: by [deleted user] (new)

Love the new TC wall pictures!

evie (ecie) | 4437 comments Ahoy! *waves a white flag*

message 60: by CD (new)

CD | 1577 comments Looks like there have been changes at the top!

Do I hear a distant echo of "Thriller" in the background as the Zombies do the electric slide??

Mhmm?
Mhmm?!

message 61: by evie (new)

evie (ecie) | 4437 comments I hear it.

message 62: by Carol (new)

Carol | 1678 comments Heidi, we miss you too but totally understand.

message 63: by [deleted user] (last edited Apr 26, 2014 09:49PM) (new)

We know you are busy Heidi. Scout was really upset about the TCJ set up and consequent exit of the active members from here. She was treated to some pretty appalling behaviour by some of it's members after she got upset.

*uses white flag for target practice*

evie (ecie) | 4437 comments How about this enormous 'yay' flag?

message 66: by Susan (new)

Susan | 6406 comments Yay!

*squirts water gun at all sitting around fire*

Carol | 1678 comments Ahoy, evie!

Somebody say beer?

evie (ecie) | 4437 comments Carol wrote: "Ahoy, evie!"

Hi Carol!!

message 70: by [deleted user] (new)

Evie your yay flag is doing funny things to my brain. The more I look at it the more wrong it looks.

message 71: by Carol (new)

Carol | 1678 comments Is there alcohol involved, Gail?

message 72: by [deleted user] (new)

Uhhhhh I don't even have that as an excuse. It is after 1 am. Maybe I need some sleep. :)

How did you know?

message 74: by Sarah (new)

Sarah | 13814 comments I'm trying to de-mod myself but it says my email is inactive, which isn't true. Trying to fix it.

I'm completely overwhelmed with everything right now, and not on GR much. I also miss my friends here, and I'm happy to see them here when I stop in, or in other places. My absence has nothing to do with disinterest, but a moderator should be here, so I will respectfully step down as soon as it will let me.

message 75: by [deleted user] (new)

Sorry Sarah. My comment about the disinterest was supposed to be funny not serious. I swear it sounded funny in my head at the time. Now when I re read it it sounds knarky. ::sigh::

message 76: by Sarah (new)

Sarah | 13814 comments S'okay. :)

message 77: by Louise (new)

Louise *serves around cocktails* Yay spring is finally here!

message 78: by CD (new)

CD | 1577 comments Barb wrote: "Care to share some of your spring with me?
Ours is off to a very very slow start."

You don't want our spring. Hail, wind storms, dust clouds, and now dangerous thunderstorms with cloud to ground lightning and yes Tornadoes!!!

Oh, I will gladly share the dandelions with all.

Thanks for taking this on, Barb.

message 81: by Carol (new)

Carol | 1678 comments one last Friday off before classes start. I am going to CT for the weekend.

message 82: by Kathy (new)

Kathy (littlemissred3) | 71 comments I think just about everyone is busy with school starting back up. I have no kids anymore, grown and gone with their own in Dallas. I thought I would be rich by now and driving around the world! Damn, people lie to much to their kids! LOL JK

message 83: by Kadijah Michelle (new)

Kadijah Michelle (kadmich) Aw man, you mean when I finally get these punks out of the house, I'm still not going to have any money?

message 84: by Kathy (new)

Kathy (littlemissred3) | 71 comments You would think you would, but then come all the other things that get in the way! LOL

message 85: by [deleted user] (new)

Really? So disapointing, I have end of school in my sights now. I have only 3 terms of school fees to pay for my daughter, and 7 for my son...then uni. I might force them to elope if they consider getting married.
