Fine food, incredible nature and a touch of romance soon turn sour as secrets old and new collide, as the body count begins to rise..... Everyone has a secret.......

Hello everyone,
Thank you for looking. I write contemporary fiction featuring strong women with military or law enforcement backgrounds, containing elements of action, suspense, and romance.

An historical thriller based in the American Revolution. Young Jonathan E. Lee is falsely accused of heinous war crimes by his treacherous regimental commander! Jonathan is forced to flee the colonies to save his neck from the hangman's noose, fighting his way across a stormy Atlantic and then joining a mercenary army that is deploying to warring Siam, a kingdom that is squirming under the iron-fist of a madman.

Greetings! I am Dr. Leonardo Noto, a former military battalion surgeon. The idea for "The Life of a Colonial Fugitive" was born out of my passion for American military history and my enthusiasm for the sport of muay Thai (Thai boxing). While training in a Thai boxing camp during the days and working on a novel based in the American Revolution during the nights, I noticed that Thai history during the 1780s was as turbulent as the American history of the period. Ian MacGregger | 3 comments Has this happened to you?

A Giveaway that I organized recently ended. I offered five copies of a book and had a large number of responses. But, when I received the list of winners, I noticed that all the mailing addresses for the five winners were the same. The names were different but the addresses were exactly the same. That had occurred once before as a result of another giveaway but only with two of the winners you had a common address. I got to wondering if my experience was unique or that others had had the same results.

The disconcerting possibility is that people are entering giveaways for the purpose of getting free books that they can then market through eBay or Amazon. Maybe my experiences unique, but, this experience is fairly common, it sure does bring into question the value of giving away your books.

Gillian Adams I've recently finished my mystery novel Triquetra. It's been 'in the drawer' for a year before the final edit and now it's finally out there. It's a supernatural mystery with a touch of humour and also some vampires, but there is no biting or bodice ripping!

Sarah James inherits a bookshop in Devon from her estranged grandfather. Taking her brother Nick along they discover many hidden things in this sleepy rural village. Together with Nick’s mysterious friend Joseph they encounter murder, vampires and portals to other worlds. The trio have their own secrets too which causes events to converge in a race against time to stop a dark evil from penetrating our world.

Thanks for your time.

TRIANGLE - RELEASE DATE CONFIRMED - 30 SEPTEMBER 2014

Triangle

With elections looming, the British government rolls out Operation Virtus, a massive investigation tasked with tackling the issue of illegal immigration into the UK. As punishment for previous insubordination, DS Raymond Jackson is assigned the apparently mundane task of collating information on behalf of this cross-divisional operation. In addition, he is ordered to simultaneously handhold a greenhorn throughout the process in the form of new recruit, DC Jason Stephenson.

But when DI Rosie Blake mysteriously disappears and a new, potent grade of heroin starts hitting the streets, Tarnside police force suddenly find their resources stretched to the limit. As increasing numbers of users become victims of an accidental overdose, it becomes clear that it is a race against time to prevent more people dying.

Then an horrific murder is committed.

In short order, the local force receive an outrageous ransom demand – one million pounds for the safe return of their officer.

A local, small-time street dealer and a young, homeless girl with a speech impediment hold vital clues ultimately separating life from death. Manning a skeleton team and with limited experience, DS Jackson is caught in a race against time to decipher the connections.

In the end, he will have to take a leap of faith…
