I hate when people start drama...

Me too Holly. I was having a good time at MTAC and we left early then came back to the con for the closing ceremonies yesterday and her friend was really peed off at her but I had fun. I'm not sure if my sister did though. We paid $20 for tickets so her friend should've known that it was an all day thing.

That's right. Your sister's friend will just have to get over it. I'm glad you had fun.

Thanks Holly and I think so too but she acts that way a lot when my sister and I do stuff but this was my first anime con anyway. My fave part was watching anime, the ramen noodle eating contest watching others do that, went to see a band, and a super Mario brothers panel. Wanted to play Mario kart wii but they wouldn't let anyone in that didn't sign up and sign ups had ended for the con on Saturday which sucked cuz we only had sunday tickets. the food could've been better too but they didn't have any restaurants at the hotel to eat at but had a café but charged $10 for a meal which was a soggy sandwich, plain chips, and a drink or candy. That's all I bought there was food as the stuff in the dealer's room was too expensive so didn't get to find anything I could get that was cheap cuz I didn't bring much cash with me. There were people in costume though which was cool.

Bored! good site to hang around. waiting at drs office. you know how that goes! Passed out/seizure 2 weeks ago at work. Had as nice ambulance ride! told them I just thought needed some excitement! Keep having spells and they dont know why so I get to keep coming and waiting! what fun!

Yep. and I know. If I ever went back the next year and there are restaurants close by, I'd eat out instead of at the con cuz I wouldn't pay that much for food unless it was good food. :) LOL.

Yeah it was a good day being my first anime con that day. I think I'm the only one who had a good day dianealice cuz my sister's friend tried to cause drama so my sister and her didn't speak to each other when we were there but I had a good time.

I had some reeses peanut butter cups minis and a starburst but that was it. :) and I hope not either cuz she wasn't having a good day either as she was getting sick and thanks dianealice. her friend should've known we were going to be there all day though. that's why she was upset.

Waking up at 5am and watching Maury because nothing else is on. They shout a lot.

I've got a day off work, so I'm just relaxing and enjoying the nice weather :)

Question for you authors out there: Where did you start off? How did you know you could be a writer?
I quite often get the urge to write, but don't think I've really got the talent :(
I'll have to settle for reading other peoples work instead I guess, which is a very good second in my opinion :)

Hey Doodlepanda, I'm doing great! I found out that I wanted to be a writer in the eighth grade when I was awarded an award for Creative Writing Excellence when I was in middle school and just wrote short stories, and fanfiction when I was in school basically Dragon Ball Z, Sailor Moon and Kingdom Hearts ones. And it's easy to write. Just write a good starter sentence then just keep writing. I just write for fun now and hope that others enjoy what I write. :)

I hope everyone is having a good day. I'm excited for the zombie prom on Saturday and can't wait to go! :)It's spring here too Terri.

Hey Terri. I am wearing a Black and Gold dress with lace roses on the front of it to it. I'll prob wear some black dress flats with it too. We got a tutorial on how to make fake blood to go with our zombie makeup so we'll make it soon.

btw I am just curious but do you guys like anime? they are Japanese cartoons.

Is it me???? Or does anyone else have trouble getting into Kay Hoopers books??? I have a few of them and just can't quite get the feel for enjoying her writing, but I can't put my finger on why I don't care for it. I don't see Hooper's name mentioned much....if at all.

Do you ever pick up a book and you just can't read it??? My oldest dau bought me "Lovely Bones" and I cried so hard.......I just couldn't read it. I've had the book for a number of years. I am going to give it a second try. I'll make sure it is a "no mascara" day tho!!!!

I couldn't read Carrie or It cuz they were boring and I couldn't get past the first few pages on them. There are books that draw me in that I can't put down and others are meh so I don't mess with them. Who's Kay Hooper? LOL. ^_^

Read Lovely Bones when it came out!! It was sooo good. Enjoyed the movie too!!

Lovely Bones is pretty good. I didn't like the movie much though.

Okay Dips, don't cause too much chaos. and Hey Holly! I'm well. Finally started writing chapter 10 of my AbyssFantastical serial yesterday and hope to finish it soon so it can be ready to post on Friday. I'm also almost done reading Virals #4 Exposure by Kathy Reichs which is a pretty good read as I am on page 243 of 418 right now so I should finish it before it is due back to the library on the 30th. I'm also 5 episodes away from finishing a really cool horror anime called Sankarea: Undying Love which is about a girl who turns herself into a zombie. I discovered it when I went to MTAC Sunday and have been watching the rest of the series online. It's pretty good if you don't mind English subtitles and the language in Japanese. I've been watching it on a website called gogoanime That has all the episodes on there. We also got everything ready for the zombie prom except for makeup so we'll have to go buy a zombie makeup kit soon.

Nooo, I have to go to work in 15 mins O.o

I'll probably get in trouble if I don't show up for my first night shift...

Are you sure it was anime and not hentai? (Do not google unless you're an adult...)
