It has been announced that Anthony Horowitz is to write another Sherlock Holmes book set after the Reichenbach Falls called Moriarty. Can't wait, I really enjoyed the first one.

so was I but it seems to be a marmite sort of book. People either loved it or hated it.

I have been hesitant to read any of the "new" Holmes books but maybe I'll give this a try.

I have The House of Silk: A Sherlock Holmes Novel in my TBR pile, I have to get to it!

I really enjoyed The House of Silk: A Sherlock Holmes Novel. I just finished a collection of short stories A Study in Sherlock: Stories inspired by the Holmes canon. Quite good.

Fab news! I really enjoyed the first one so would definitely read a follow-up. He stayed true to the characters and the story was great.
