This book explains the history of canning, the surprising benefits of doing your own food preservation, and covers in detail, the methods to insure the safe preservation of your favorite foods.
The recipes that Agata Naiara describes in this book sound delicious and the directions for each are easily followed. This book is a great addition to any culinary library!

Alex Morgan grew up in Nashville with her mom, Lisa. The two of them had a hard life because Alex’s father was killed in an automobile accident when she was only five. With no formal education, Lisa had to work at menial jobs just to pay the bills. While Alex knew that her mother did the best she could, Alex was determined that her family would never have to live that way. College and a career were the primary focuses in her life. Her ultimate goal was to be a news anchor at a prominent television station, but she realized she must start at the bottom and work her way up. She had no intentions of starting a family until she knew that she was financially able to support them.
David Castle was a tight end for the UT Vols football team. His body was in perfect shape, a requirement of football. His original plans were to attend college and get a degree in engineering. While in his senior year David was approached by a recruiter from Jacksonville, Florida, asking him if he would be interested in playing professional football once he graduated from college. Suddenly David’s whole future took on a different turn.
When Alex and David meet the results are explosive. They are two beautiful people who find comfort in each other. Alex starts developing feelings for David, but fears he is not serious. Agata a fine work in this book. The recipes are well set up and easy to follow. I have tried just two yet, they were definitely delicious. Cant wait to try them all and the best reason you can go for it is you dont need to be a chef to cook them, the book is quite well set up that a normal person like me can do a justice to them!
