Once we've all checked in we need to choose a captain and a name.
I have some challenges with being captain - my work keeps me from getting on the internet except briefly at lunch and I will be traveling to my daughters wedding for a week during mid June. I am happy to assist however as I have been captain of other teams.
I live in Louisiana and am on central time. And I won't have any problem getting my reading done for this challenge. I'm excited!!

Names...I'm terrible with these things.
The Fabulous Five
Fab Five

I love challenges (team and non-team) and I couldn't pass this one out. I did both rounds of SSS, but had to switch to SS this time cause I'll be going (probably) on week-long trip beginning of June (sorry guys, I'll probably skip that roll - (Jenne knows ☺)).
If nobody wants to be captain, I can handle it. If that's the case, I'll need backup since rolling time is 6-7am here (I'm CET), and someone else will have to take care of rolling in case of last minute reviews.
It's too late (early?) over here to think clearly about names. See ya all tomorrow. ☺
Can't wait for Friday!

five fabulous fiends
give me five
take five
high five
I am absolutely okay with any name that's chosen.

I like High Five
or what about
Serial Killahs (or Killers) or Cereal Killers :D

The High Five's would work or I love Serial Killers!! That one makes me laugh.

*crosses her fingers and whispers*
please not 7, please not 7,... (I don't have book for that one! ☺)

YOU JINNXED YOURSELF!!
ETA: My girls have tomorrow of so their spirit day (which is usually on Fridays) is today, that combined with your post had me chomping on the bit!! Hopefully the real roll will not be 7 as I don't have anything for that either!

PS I'm gonna go delete the post your spot comments.

Since I have that power (you roll number I say), let's try this way....
please roll 9, please roll 9... or something higher to get a good start :p
I've been waiting on 9 most of the last round. You'd think that since I was rolling, I'll get it, but nooo. So now I have few 9s that are calling me to read them.
Btw, do you want us to edit our previous posts (where we say what we'll read) or put reviews in new post?

I will keep my fingers crossed on a 9 for tomorrow!

I will be on only briefly tomorrow as it is Good Friday and I try to stay away from TV and computers. Do we know what time we will roll the dice.

Rolled: 5 + 4 = 9
Space: 9
Requirements: 9th or Color: White
Reviews: All complete Wed, 23 Apr
✓ Teresa - Ball & Chain (White)- Review 23/04/14
✓ Tea - Why Kings Confess (9th) - Review 20/04/14
✓ ~Leslie~ - I Do, I Do, I Do (White)- Review 23/04/14
✓ Jingles - Twisted (White)- Review 21/04/14

Since I'm first one up after 'midnight', do you want me to roll if we have all reviews and you fell asleep?
That would be 1-2h after 'midnight' (depending if I feel lazy or not ☺).

I'll post as soon as I figure something out.
Hope you are enjoying your Friday!

Me too. Any recommendations after this one?
I've read only couple series: St. Cyr, Nell Sweeney, Gaslight Mystery. And loved them.
I've also started A Lady Arianna Regency Mystery, Captain Lacey Regency Mysteries and Inspector Ian Rutledge and not that very impressed. I mean they are good, just not that 'I-need-to-read-immediately-next-one' kind of good. :D

I also like Jennifer Ashley's series Captain Lacy. I think I need to read #4 next.
Have you read Tasha Alexander's series Lady Emily?

It was good but not great. But I still recommend it. I think I have 2 more to go in that series.
And what about Lauren Willig's series The Pink Carnation

I loved the first one! The others were hit and miss but still good. I think I've read through #7.
I have on my TBR soon pile Charles Todd series Bess Crawford

I've heard really good things.

Since..."
Thank you for the offer!! I'll roll for now, if it gets close to the end when those few extra hours matter then I might get you to.

I'll post as soon as I figure something out.
Hope you are enjoying..."
We have decent weather and the day itself has been good, but we got some really bad news about a friend of the family that has put a damper on things. Finding it hard to get into my book...

Title: Why Kings Confess
Author: C.S. Harris
Series: Sebastian St. Cyr #9
Date read: 20.04.14
Rating: ★★★★
Review:
Finally read this one (thank you Teresa for rolling 9 ☺). I love this series. It's one of mine to-buy-as-soon-as-out series. And to think I've only started reading it because I liked covers. (And still do.) ☺
OK, I'll try to do it without spoilers since Leslie is still going through series.
Sebastian St. Cyr is nobleman who solves murders because he believes everyone deserves a justice. This time murders were little gruesome ((view spoiler) ). As always some kind of intrigue was taking place. (Everything revolves around war with France-Napoleon).
It was great book, and I really had trouble putting it down. And now have to wait another year for next one...["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>
