How about a little silly game?

You write one sentence. E.G. We had snow in April.
The next person has to create a sentence with the last word (April). Play nice and try not to make it too difficult for the next player.
You can add an article to the word or change the verb's tense if it applies, but nothing else.

In reply to the first sentence, I would type:

April showers bring May flowers.

Your turn!

I instead of dreaming when I sleep, I dream during the day at work ... buried in paper I lose myself ... and my imagination gives a complete knot...

Knots and twists and screwed up lines are perfect for a tantalising tale...

Fire is what we depended on when the lights went out. The sweet smells of different candles permeated the air.
