It is with very heavy hearts that Lauren S and I heard that Chrizette has passed away. Chrizette was a member of this group for 5 years and always up for a book or movie discussion. She kept in touch to share her battle with cancer with us and she always showed her strength no matter what. We will miss her dearly.

Our thoughts are with her family and friends! She will be missed.

Thanks for sharing the devastating news with us Lu. I think it is a testimonial to Chrizette that her thread updating us with her battle over the past few years has so many views in this group. I'm at a loss for words at this stage.

The news that Chrizette has lost her battle fills me with the greatest sadness. She was my friend and our sister in our love for books.
It says a lot about this wonderfull woman that people who have never met her in person are saddened by her death.
Our group will never be the same.
I wish her family and friends strength in this difficult time.
You will be missed, Chrizette!

I'm speechless. This is such sad news I don't know what to say. Chrizette will definitely be missed and the world is a far poorer place after her passing.
