K.J. (kjwatters) | 2 comments In my book stats, it says that I have a "-2, -11%" of 2-star reviews. I'm confused how you could even have a negative percent. It doesn't even appear that anyone rated it two stars, though. If you just glance at the bar graph, it makes it look as though I have as many two star reviews as 5-star. Is this something that can be fixed?

rivka I'm not seeing this now. Our stats do recalculate on their own on a regular basis, so most likely it was just a transient issue that has self-corrected.

K.J. (kjwatters) | 2 comments Thanks, the issue is gone now. But I do have another question.

From my mobile app, when you look at the book it says there are 12 ratings, but there are actually 18. It has been like this for some time. Why does this not update?

Also, on the website, it says there are 9 reviews, but you can only see 8. At one point, I was able to see the newest review, but now I cannot. Is there a reason for this?

Jaclyn (jaclyn_w) | 417 comments K.J. - It appears as if your stats are now reflecting correctly.

I can view nine reviews on my side. Have you tried selecting filter>content: text-only just under community reviews on your book page?

Suzette Hollingsworth | 253 comments My husband (Clint Hollingsworth) is listed as the artist on my books (NOT the writer), and yet my lower stats (Suzette Hollingsworth) appear to be factored into his overall rating. Thank you.

Jaclyn (jaclyn_w) | 417 comments Hi Suzette. A book's stats will affect the stats of every "author" (meaning illustrator, translator, contributor, and so forth) listed on the book page of that book.
