Ashley Peschel | 3 comments Hi,

I've just released my Graphic Novel STEAM: Island Under Siege on Amazon, could I ask a small favor could you please give me some feedback if there is something wrong with the item page as I am having trouble getting people to buy and even review it.

The book has been getting really good feedback in Malta when we released it as a paperback so I think people just need to give it a chance and that's why I'm worried something is up with the item page.

Thanks

Ash

Wendi Wilson | 81 comments I don't read graphic novels, so I don't know how much help I can be. The only thing I noticed is that your blurb doesn't mention it being one. Maybe if you add that to your description, the extra keyword will help more readers of that type of book find it? The categories told me it's a graphic novel, but nothing in the description of the book did. That may help! Good luck!

Martin Wilsey | 447 comments If you want to get it out there and ramp up honest reviews do a free weekend promotion. Offer it for free on Amazon and in 3 to 5 days, thousands of people will download it and many will review it.

It also primes the Amazon marketing pump. "People who bought this also bought this."

I looked inside, and I think visibility is key. Where do fans of this type of thing hangout?
You have images without the speech? The ones you have are powerful, use them in social media marketing. Promos with a solid pic always get more clicks, and you have the imagery.
The key is finding your niche, and getting the right eyes on the story.
