Michelle (Spiderg1rl) (spiderg1rl) | 734 comments Hi guys,

1st sorry Patti if this is the wrong section I didn't see a section I could just ask questions in.

I got The Sheperd's Crown for Christmas and I've never read any of the Tiffany books before. Previously I've only read Mort. I'm really enjoying it but they keep referring to a past tale about Tiffany and the fairy realm.

I don't know where to start to figure out which book(s) this tale is in and I don't want to spoil potential plots in other books by looking through all of them so I hoped someone on here would be able to lead me in the right direction.

Does anyone know which book I'm talking about??? Thank you in advance

Gingerlily - The Full Wild | 34228 comments There are several Tiffany Aching books. Starting I think with Wee Free Men. I'll go and look them up.

A Hat Full of Sky

The Sheperd's Crown

Its the first one which has Tiffany in the fairy realm.

Michelle (Spiderg1rl) (spiderg1rl) | 734 comments Thanks Gingerlilly, just the first one. I don't mind buying the others but I just wanted to make sure I get the one with the story in question.

Michelle (Spiderg1rl) (spiderg1rl) | 734 comments I just wanted to say thank you to everyone I just finished the Wee Free Men and I thought it was a great book.

I didn't know what to expect when I was given the last book as a gift and now I am in love with little Tiffany Aching.

G J (Gaff to my friends) Reilly | 1836 comments If you want the first fairy kingdom/elves story,' Lords and Ladies' gives you the background for the dancer and such ... it's also my favourite when it's wild outside.

Gingerlily - The Full Wild | 34228 comments Tiffany is a lovely character, and she gets better as she grows up throught the books.

Michelle (Spiderg1rl) (spiderg1rl) | 734 comments I've read her last and first book now Gingerlily. I've got the three in between still to read but I'm looking forward to them. Kind of wish I had read the last after the others but I didn't know and didn't want the husband thinking I hated his book he got me. He does that sometimes, instead he keeps apologising it was such a short book and I read it so quickly...
