I'm finishing a fiction review right now. I have a Master's in organizational communication so studied a lot of psychology topics as well.

My name is Kristian Hall, and I recently published an English translation of my original Norwegian book.
Rise from Darkness is a how-to book about overcoming depression, and it's based on my own experience of beating the disease, as well as recent decades of research on cognitive behavorial therapy and positive psychology. The book is a quick read.
