The Girl of Fire and Thorns
, Rae Carson- she handles some heavy stuff. and writes us a character that is so imperfect and honest. and not 1 but 2 male leads who see her as a person. the sum of all her parts. good, bad and in between. I so fangirled this 1st novel in the series.
Victoria Schwab !!!!! Her writing style and characters are so unique. I absolutely love every single book of hers that I've been able to get my hands on.
