Jasper | 4 comments I've uploaded PDF excerpts for a number of my books, and verified in the past that they work. However, I can no longer see them. I get the message:

Sorry, we were unable to find the document at the original source. Verify that the document still exists.
You can also try to download the original document by clicking here.

If I try to download I get the following fragment of XML:

Any ideas?

Aaron (aaronburdette) | 89 comments Hi Jasper, this does appear to be some strange behavior. I've just notified our engineering team, who will take a look at what may be causing this.

Jasper | 4 comments Works for all my books except 'Thirteen Years Later', for which I get the following message.

You've reached the bandwidth limit for viewing or downloading files that aren't in Google Docs format. Please try again later.
You can also try to download the original document by clicking here.

Clicking the suggested download link does work.

Aaron (aaronburdette) | 89 comments Hi Jasper, I just confirmed that Thirteen Years Later is working again. That message you received was likely simply due to the fact that you were testing so many books. Your limit should reset soon and you should be able to read/download all of your books now.

Jasper | 4 comments Aaron,

If it's working, that's fine, but I don't see how it was caused by me hitting a download limit, since I was able to download other books after I got that error.

Also, what does it mean when it's talking about Google Docs format? I thought only PDF and ePub were supported.

Regards,

Jasper.

Aaron (aaronburdette) | 89 comments Hmm, that is strange. Would you mind clearing your browser's cookies? This may resolve the issue, but if it doesn't, would you email a screenshot of the error to [email protected]? I'd like to take a further look at this.
