I have three editions of this title: e-book, paperback, and "library edition" (hardcover). Would you please make sure the cover appears on all three and link/merge them? CJ

Combined and added the cover to the paperback. Amazon doesn't have a cover for the hardcover.

Yes, the print editions are distributed by Ingram. I have no idea why the covers are missing. They should be the same for all editions.

The e-book is currently a Kindle exclusive. The previous four were listed on other sites prior to being moved to Kindle-only. That's probably why the e-book shows up two ways.
