What did you think of A Clash of Kings? It's on my to-read list for May.

Maddie (shoegirl81) It took me a really long time to read that one! The first third of the book was a hard slog but I felt myself speeding up after that and towards the end I couldn't put it down. There are some great new characters (some of my series favourites).

Tracey | 916 comments Ah, Lorah, don't say that! I just bought it from the book store today because everyone seemed to like it. I hope I like it when I get around to it.

Maddie (shoegirl81) I didn't understand the hype at all, Lorah! Glad I am not the only one to think the novel was overrated. I remember racing through the first part of the novel, really enjoying it and then just had to go, "Wait, what?!" Not in a good way either...
