A World Without Sun discussion

Kilo sighed and hugged Nate.

Nate hugged Kilo and rested his chin on her head, "They'll be okay."

She nodded, "I hope so."

He rubbed her shoulders. "You should rest."

Kilo shook her head, "I'll be fine."

"Are you sure?" he didn't want her overworking herself.

She hesitated, "maybe just a little nap," she agreed and went to bed.

Nate breathed a sigh of relief and went to check on the girls.

Yuki was trying to teach Sakura how to play, but the baby didn't want to,

"Maybe when she's a little older?" Nate offered watching the baby throw down the drumstick.

Yuki frowned and picked up the sticks.

Nate took Sakura from Yuki, "Both of you need to get to bed."

Yuki frowned, "but..."

"please princess. I promise you guys can play in the morning."

She sighed and nodded, "okie."

Nate kissed Yuki's forehead and tucked her into her bed and went and put Sakura in her crib.

Sakura was playing with a toy in her crib.

Nate shook his head, "Its time for bed Sakura." he told her softly.

She giggled and waved her hands.

He laughed and took the baby's hands, "Sleepy time Kura. Sllleeepy time."

She looked at his hand on awe.

Nate smiled at the baby. She was definitely Kilo's baby. He picked her up, "How about you nap with mommy and daddy?"

She giggled and clapped.

"shhh." he smiled at her and poked her small nose, "you have to be quiet."

She giggled again and shoved her hands in her mouth.

Nate laughed and carried the baby to his room.

Sakura squealed when she saw her sleeping mom.

"Shhh." He told her and laid her down so she was between them.

Sakura nuzzled her mom.

Nate chuckled softly and closed his eyes, "You'll have to sleep eventually Sakura."

Sakura tapped her cold slobbery hand on Kilo's cheek, making her jump awake.

((ewwww))

Nate opened his eyes and pulled Sakura closer to him, "Stop that, she trying to sleep."

Kilo groaned and rolled over.
Sakura giggled.

((Oh I know, it feels nasty.))

"sorry." he told Kilo.

"It's okay," she whispered as she fell back to sleep.

Nate put Sakura on the other side of him, away from Kilo. "Mommy's very tried so let her sleep."

She giggled and clapped.

He shook his head at the baby and started humming a lullaby to her.

Sakura flared her arms.
Kilo got up and left the room. She came back at stuck a passafire in Sakura's mouth.
The baby's eyes widened, then slowly closed.

Nat looked at Kilo, "I need that hours ago!"

She smiled tiredly, "I just thought of it now," she got back into bed.

he nodded and kissed her cheek, "nite."

She smiled and closed her eyes, "night."

Nate fell asleep quickly.

Kilo woke up early the next morning to feed and change Sakura. She put the baby in her own bed then went to shower.

Yuki went to her parent's room and crawled into the bed.

Kilo came back to her room and smiled, "morning Yuki."

"morning." she smiled up at her mom.
