Excuse me, I want to know how can I upload my mentioned book so that anybody can download it from goodreads site ..
I have scanned my book and converted it into Pdf file .. and now can anybody help me please ?

I don't think you can upload books to download on Goodreads. I believe you can put your book on Smashwords.com for free though

While the help page indicates to check that you have only uploaded a preview, there is no reason if the author wishes to that the whole book cannot be uploaded
