Catching up on Classics (and lots more!) discussion

I've just started watching the 1994 Middlemarch mini series:

It features a very young Rufus Sewell (Man in the High Castle, Pillars of the Earth, Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter, etc.) as Will Ladislaw.

Have you seen it? If so, did you like it?

I like it very much so far (2 episodes in) and think it's VERY close to the book. It's possible that they even adopted some dialog word for word from the book. In my opinion, that's always a plus for films based on classics.

So nice that it follows the book closely. I might look into this one after I finish the book. Getting close now.

I thought it was a very good adaptation that was very close to the book.

I didn't even know this existed! I should check it out as I enjoyed the book so much!
