I don't know why this is (correct me if I'm wrong) but I have noticed Frankenstein the classic is being kept from these set of editions.

In case people haven't noticed this second post is just bringing the topic to anyone's attention that can help.

There's a note that says: "This is the original 1818 Text, please don't merge with the "regular" editions."

But I don't know what is the difference between the two editions. I read the not-1818 edition, I suppose. But I didn't know that it was different from the 1818 original edition.

Hmm that's interesting. Oh well I guess. As long as there was a purpose to it I just thought it had been done by accident.
