I finished Food: A Love Story by Jim Gaffigan for a book written by a comedian. It was good, not as good as Dad is Fat but funny.
Where is everyone else this week?

Clare (-clare-) I haven't been able to find much time this week so i'm still reading Inside the O'Briens. I hope i'll be able to finish it this evening and then it's off to the library to pick up my book with a blue(ish) cover.
The Rosie Effect (Don Tillman, #2) by Graeme Simsion

Katherine (kiik) Last week, I completed The Selection (romance set in the future), which I really enjoyed. I also completed Glass Sword (the book part of a book and its prequel), which is the second book in the Red Queen series. It took me a bit longer to really get into this one, but I definitely stayed up too late trying to finish it.

Clare (-clare-) I totally forgot I read The Grownup one evening last week. Very creepy story but I needed more, 64 pages is not long enough it left me feeling disappointed.

Mandy | 89 comments Oh I loved the Rosie Effect and it's sequel. Great books :)

Was the Grownup your prompt for a book under a hundred pages?

I'm about halfway done Freedom (Oprah book club selection) and struggling. It's not that it's poorly written I just can't seem to care about any of the characters. I loathe them all :) Going to give it a few more tries but I may have to put it down if I can't get any further with it this coming week.

Charline (charline84) | 80 comments I decided to do the prompt first book you see in the library (instead of first book you see in a bookstore) so completely at random I picked up Easy Kill a murder mystery set in Glasgow.

Last night I finished And Then There Were None for the prompt a book set on an island. I really liked this book (the first Agatha Christie I've ever read) I think it helped that I had seen the tv show over Christmas, otherwise I might have been confused by all the different characters. But it was really easy to read, I'm actually sad I finished it so quickly.
