Berneta Haynes (bernetalhaynes) | 21 comments Fellow authors,

I am an author with 1 published novel (LANDRIEN MORISET) and several published articles and short stories. I've always enjoyed reading and doing author interviews because I think it's a fantastic way to discover and highlight new literature and authors. Every author can use more exposure.

I have a blog at my website (http://www.bernetahaynes.com/blog.html) where I regularly feature author interviews. For the interviews, I'm interested in authors of most genres. But I'm especially interested in interviewing authors of Sci-Fi, General Literary Fiction, LGBT themes, African-American themes, and Young Adult Fiction.

*NO ROMANCE, EROTICA, AND CHRISTIAN LITERATURE OR RELIGIOUS-THEMED MATERIAL.*

For all the eager authors out there, if you'd like an interview posted on my blog (which I Tweet and post on Facebook and Google+ daily), please drop a comment. Thanks!

Berneta L. Haynes

Good Morning Berneta,
My latest book on Amazon, "The Next American President" is starting to sell, probably because of the timing of the election process and Donald Trump's showmanship. It is a novel with a message to the American people about our country.
I would be glad to talk with you about it, and current events if you would be kind enough to interview a starving author.

Thanks,
Fred

Steven P. Marini | 8 comments Schmuel's Journey
Hi,
This is my fourth novel and first in a new series. Starts at Auschwitz 1944 but moves to New Hampshire 1974 where Schmuel (Sam) is trying to forget the horrors of the Holocaust, but the past catches up to him. An assistant to Dr. Mengle may be hiding in plain sight in Sam's small college town. I'd be happy to do an interview. Thanks.

Whatever floats your boat, as they say in the Navy. But, just to clarify, it's not my memoir, just written in that style (like S.E. Hinton's Tex) - in case that was your concern.

message 32: by Neil (new)

Neil D'Silva | 1 comments Hello Berneta,

I have three published books, and you might choose one of them to interview if you wish.

1. Maya's New Husband - A story of an Indian woman married to a serial killer (a suspense element that is revealed later). Fits in the gore horror genre and has strong themes of Indian mysticism. An Amazon India bestseller (horror) for over a year. Now being made into a movie.

2. The Evil Eye and the Charm - Three short stories that try to answer the eternal debate of superstition vs. rationalism. Why do superstitions exist if there wasn't some truth in them? Or are they all coincidences and can be explained away scientifically? Uses the Indian lemon-chili charms as their plot elements.

3. Bound in Love - Eight universally applicable stories of the dark side of human relationships. Each story touches upon various kinds and aspects of love. Most of the stories have twist endings (I love twist endings!)

You might want to take a look at my website before deciding. You will find me at http://NeilDSilva.com/

Thanks and regards,
Neil
