Fantasy and Vampire Book Club discussion

Read&Review (aka R&R)is the option of utilizing free copies of your book, in the e-book format in exchange for an honest review

How is this different from a giveaway?
Simple, the Reviews are mandatory. Whilst you Traditionally giveaway your book, in the hope of getting a possible review, this system ensures you get a review.

How do I sign up?
Easy! All we need from you is to, Please copy and paste the following informational questions into a reply comment below.
NO signups will be accepted via PM
Please NO Synopsis or segments of books...those will be immediately deleted and therefore NOT counted for sign up.

Please review the R&R rules and make sure you agree to them before committing to the R&R queue.

Now for the R&R Terms/Conditions/Rules

As an Author/Author representative, we ask that you have to be willing to email the participants an e-copy of your book.

You may ask if they wish to go on a mailing list for updates etc. but you must gain permission before doing so and not spam the reviewers.

if there are any violations to these Terms/Conditions you/your representative will be asked to no longer participate in promotion in this group.


FYI:
If your comment has been deleted don't be too concerned. We do clean ups after an author has been part of a R&R.
Previously we asked you to contact the moderator to sign up. People who now do this will no longer be considered for R&R.
People who leave samples/synopsis/blurbs of their books, will be now considered spam and instantly deleted and not considered for R&R. (This is why we ask for a link for your book).
You may mention Ratings /awards given to your book, as we will use this when we talk about your book.

If you agree to all of the above, leave a comment with all the details we need and we will post up a list of when you will be featured.
You may also be contacted by Goodreads message if it’s been a while since you left a comment, just to confirm things are still ok to go.

I'm not sure I'm following how we'll know if our books have been requested if we don't get a PM. Wouldn't it be easier for interested readers to message the author directly, or would that keep you out of the loop?

I was going to make it the authors responsibility to keep up with it, but to PM the Authors to request the book, great Idea but how would I know who to chase after if they haven't done a review yet. unless they sign up and then PM the Author. what do you think? im always grateful for suggestions.

That sounds like a really good idea. Also the author could let you know once we've been contacted and by whom so you know, or every one could update you once a week. Would that work?

Romina, updates once a week would work well. Ill send out a message with those amendments.

richard you send off books until you have reached your limit of books you said you would give out.

I'm suggesting that people dont send out anything during the week of Christmas...its family time. From the 20th to the 27th specifically. Also don't send anything out from 30th to the 3rd.after all it is new years .
