This isn't something I've done before, but with my next novel, Destiny, which I'm presently re-writing, I've decided to blog about it as I write, and include the first 10,000 words, approx, of this draft in serial form. It has to be in serial form as I haven't written some of it yet! It was partly inspired by the proverbs of the Oromo and Berber peoples of Africa, and is set loosely in the High Atlas Mountains for reasons I couldn't possibly divulge. The following is an Oromo proverb.
