The author is born in and looks like he has nationality of Iran according to his Amazon biography which is not yet on Goodreads. I checked a few other bios and don't see any evidence he changed his nationality and he's referred to as an Iranian author and publisher.

When there is a page count missing, you should inquire. I'll go looking for it, because the GR records should be as complete as possible. In this case, this edition now has just 82 pages and does not qualify.

In this group, pseudonyms are treated as if they are a different author. I don't see that there are 3 different forms for Galbraith so no combo points for 20.5. (But you have the correct idea for the combos.)
