I am querying whether George Gordon Byron is the correct way to name this author. I have examined the librarian edits, and see that this issue was raised before, but unresolved.
Perhaps he is published under this name in the U.S. but certainly in the U.K. he is known as "Lord Byron", and I feel some readers may find it difficult to search for him as "George Gordon Byron".
I've looked at the Goodreads policy for this, and feel that it does fit the exception,
"The only exceptions are those where the author is known primarily by a name that includes the honorific: Example: Mahatma Gandhi (not Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi)"

but am reluctant to change this author name without advice.
